On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to participate the 2023 International Conference on Agricultural and Food Science (7th ICAFS 2023) to be held virtual online during September 29-October 1, 2023. Organizers
ICAFS2023 is organized by Asia-Pacific Association of Science Engineering and Technology, coorganized by Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, in cooperation with Romania Research Institute for Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, and multiple academic affiliations.Topics
The development of modern agriculture and food science has become inextricably linked to the available science and technology. Therefore, ICAFS2023 has been designed to provide an innovative and comprehensive overview of agricultural and food science and technology. A focus will be given on:
- 1. Biochemistry and Molecular Biology;
- 2. Food Chemistry and Engineering;
- 3. Environmental Science and Engineering;
- 4. Agronomy, agriculture and plant biotechnology;
- 5. Animal biotechnology, veterinary, and livestock science;
- 6. Sensing and Signal Processing, Modeling and Computation;
- 6. Sensing and Signal Processing, Modeling and Computation;

All previous conference can be accessed at ICAFS archives. ICAFS2022 was held virtual online. Previous ICAFS were held virtual online (2022, 2021, 2020); in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2019); Istanbul, Turkey (2018) and Lahore, Pakistan (2017).

Publication
All accepted abstracts will be included in conference abstract book. After author's extension and peer-review by the committee, selected full papers will be included in conference proceedings and sent to major databases such as Scopus, Ei Compendex, Web of Science-CPCI, etc, for indexation. The selected qualified papers in ICAFS conference proceedings is planned to be published in IOP Conference Series. Previous published proceedings were in: ICAFS2021 JPCS (scheduled), ICAFS2020 EES V705, ICAFS2019 EES V559. (>>More details).
